How Booking Works
1. Tell us about your trip
Enter your pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger count. Add your flight number for airport pickups so we can track it.
2. Pick your vehicle and confirm
Choose a sedan or SUV from our fleet and review your price — flat rate for airport transfers, hourly for as-directed trips. Full pricing is on the rates page.
3. Meet your chauffeur
You will receive confirmation by email, and your chauffeur arrives ahead of schedule. For DTW pickups, we monitor your flight and adjust automatically.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change, and we keep it simple: cancel or change your reservation at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Cancellations inside 2 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full fare. Full details are in our terms.
