How Booking Works

1. Tell us about your trip

Enter your pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger count. Add your flight number for airport pickups so we can track it.

2. Choose your vehicle and review the total

Choose our Executive Sedan for up to three passengers or an Executive or Premium SUV for up to six. Compare the available vehicles with your passenger and luggage needs. Review the all-inclusive total and your trip details before confirming. If a rate does not calculate, request a quote or call (586) 636-2615. Our pricing guide explains transfer and hourly bookings.

3. Check your confirmation

Review the confirmation sent by email and contact us if any trip details need to change. For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight to coordinate pickup. Let us know if your flight number, arrival airport, or itinerary changes, and review the waiting-time allowances in our terms.

Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and we keep it simple: cancel or change your reservation at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Cancellations inside 2 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full fare. Full details are in our terms.
